Alsons Power aids Marawi evacuees

The Alsons Power Group, Mindanao’s first and most experienced independent power producer, recently donated hygiene kits and food items for residents affected by the ongoing conflict in Marawi City. The Mindanao-based power company, through its subsidiary the Mapalad Power Corp., which operates a 103-megawatt diesel power plant in Iligan City, put together hygiene kits containing bath soap, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo as well as food items such as biscuits, crackers, noodles, tuna flakes and chocolate milk drink for 200 families that have been forced to evacuate.
